Refund & Exchange Policy

At ApacSelect, we carefully check every order before shipping. However, if something does not feel right with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read the policy below before raising a return or refund request.

1. Return Request Window

You can request a return within 48 hours from the time your order is delivered.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

2. Conditions for Return

A product will be eligible for return only if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The item is not damaged, washed, altered, or used.
  • The return request is raised within the allowed time period.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are shared with us for verification.

ApacSelect reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet these conditions.

3. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request, please contact our support team with the following details:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images or video of the product
  • Image of the outer package and shipping label

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and guide you with the next steps.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

This includes payments made through:

  • UPI
  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Net banking
  • Wallets
  • Other online payment methods

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 4–6 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued only as ApacSelect store credit.

This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that COD refunds will not be transferred to a bank account, UPI ID, wallet, or any other payment mode.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or any other service charges are non-refundable.

If your order was placed using a coupon, discount, or promotional offer, the final refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after applicable deductions.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift hampers or bundled gift products
  • Products used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Products returned after the allowed return period
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Any product specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

8. Exchange Policy

Currently, ApacSelect does not provide direct exchange service.

If you need a different product, colour, or style, you may return the eligible item as per this policy and place a fresh order separately.

If store credit is issued, you can use it for your next purchase on our website.

9. Return Pickup & OTP Safety

If a return pickup is arranged, please hand over the product only to the assigned courier partner.

Do not share the pickup OTP before handing over the item. Once the package is handed over, you may share the OTP to complete the pickup process.

10. Final Approval

All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by the ApacSelect team.

If the returned product fails quality verification, the refund or store credit may be declined, and the product may be sent back to you.
