At ApacSelect, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship orders across India.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing your order. Your address should include:

  • Full name
  • Complete street address
  • Landmark, if applicable
  • City
  • State
  • Correct PIN code
  • Active mobile number

Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed successfully, our team starts processing it for dispatch.

In normal circumstances, orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days.

Please note that dispatch timelines may vary during:

  • Sale periods
  • Festive seasons
  • High order volume
  • Stock movement delays
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Operational situations beyond our control

Dispatch timelines mentioned on the website are estimated and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Delivery time may vary based on your PIN code. Some remote locations, non-metro cities, or difficult-to-service areas may take longer than usual.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to carefully check their shipping address before confirming the order.

ApacSelect will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Wrong PIN code
  • Mismatch between address and PIN code
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Incorrect or inactive phone number

If the courier partner applies any penalty, correction fee, or extra charge due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the same.

5. Delivery to Hostels, Offices, Schools, Colleges & Shared Addresses

Orders sent to hostels, schools, colleges, offices, PGs, or shared accommodations are delivered at the customer’s responsibility.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the given address.

If the package is refused, rejected, misplaced, or not accepted by the concerned person, ApacSelect will not be responsible for issuing a refund or replacement.

6. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, we may reship the order only after the customer pays the applicable re-shipping charges.

Re-shipping charges will depend on the courier partner and delivery location.

7. Lost Shipment Due to Wrong Address

If a shipment is lost, misplaced, or undelivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, ApacSelect will not be liable for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate before placing the order.

8. Special Delivery Requests

You may mention special delivery instructions while placing the order, if available.

However, preferred delivery dates or specific time-slot requests are not guaranteed and depend completely on courier partner availability and serviceability.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Any shipping fee paid at the time of order placement is non-refundable unless required under exceptional circumstances approved by ApacSelect.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or local restrictions
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • High-volume sale periods

A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange.
